Redirects

Please do not submit proposed redirects through the AfC review process, there is a wizard for that purpose as I've now pointed out twice.

In any case, redirects should be meaningful. I find it quite unlikely that anyone looking for Kyuso would type "Kyuso, kitui county" or even "Kyuso town" into the search bar.
