Harold Green (actor) moved to draftspace

I'm moving this back to Draft:Draft Harold Green (actor). It has no references and all biographies of living people need WP:INLINECITED sources. It has 'external links' which means 'suggestions for further reading, which may or may not have informed the article'. And the external link is to an unreliable source.
