The consensus is that he does not meet the notability criteria for inclusion. You can try creating a draft article at Draft:Mizanur Rahman Azhari, but many have done so previously and it has always been deleted.-- Ponyo^{bons mots} 04:32, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
