edit

This external link is the official website for the Anglesey League and is updated on a daily basis!! If wikipedia would like an up to date Anglesey League, the link of the official website should be allowed to stay? (84.64.181.216 (talk) 21:51, 4 April 2009 (UTC))Reply

Season articles

edit

Thanks for your work updating the club infoboxes just now. However, I should point out to you that in line with the other, higher-level leagues, I made some season articles for the directly sub-Conference leagues this season. You can find them at:

I've also done Football Conference 2007-08 if you edit those articles.

Rather than linking to the 2007-08 in English football page it's now possible to link directly to them for more accuracy, as you will see if you look at the infobox of a Premier League or Football League team. If you don't quite understand what I'm referring to, just check my last edit in the Hitchin Town F.C. article. Of course, I'm not trying to make you make these changes for me, I'll get round to it eventually either way, but if you still have some clubs to do (you seemed to be going through them methodically enough) then I just thought I should let you know for the ones still to do, and if you feel any compulsion to change the ones you've done so far then be my guest (if you can't be bothered, I'll get round to it eventually, as I say). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.24.251.240 (talk) 14:17, 5 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nice work

Compliments to you on doing a lot of legwork updating the final positions in non-league club infoboxes, and tidying up the various promotion/relegation issues and name changes. - fchd (talk) 06:40, 1 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Brighton Hove & District League

edit

Why is reverting anything done by an anonymous IP editor unacceptable? The edit, with the possible exception of the change to Hikers BHA, which I don't have much of an opinion on either way, was contrary to regular practice here. - fchd (talk) 18:04, 29 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Maybe he meant You're reverting everything that is unacceptable... - Dudesleeper / Talk 02:54, 2 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Former names of football clubs in bold text

edit

Former names in most articles are only in bold because that's the way you have changed them in most instances. I have problems with several elements of the MOS, but that doesn't mean I can go against the MOS when editing pages, and that includes MOSBOLD. I won't revert the pages in question for now, but if I do have to make edits to pages, this will be one of the things I change when updating or adding information. - fchd (talk) 08:02, 24 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:Salisbury City FC.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Salisbury City FC.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:16, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Sarumio. Thank you. Nev1 (talk) 22:24, 19 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Your editing privileges have been suspended indefinitely

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

In your previous SPI you commented you had inadvertently edited while logged out, and promised to ensure you were loggin in in future. You have failed to do so. Further, your continuing edits in removing "F.C." from various football teams is without consensus and therefore vandalism. Since you seem incapable of contributing in accordance to Wikipedia's requirements I have removed the editing privileges from this account. LessHeard vanU (talk) 13:51, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
