Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Deportation of the Crimean Tatars. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. I don't understand what sort of claims you're making on my talk page. Anyone can comtribute freely, within rules. You seem have to reverted in the past also as I see from the notice above. Usually, though, reviews are meant to be more robust and make reference to meeting the good article criteria, particularly from a novice reviewer. Seiya, so you know for the future, it's very unusual to open and pass a review at the same moment. Ribbet32 is right: if a more complete review that followed the GA criteria had not been posted, your review might well have been reverted. It is also very unusual for nothing at all to be found in the course of the review, though in this case the prose, at least, seems to have avoided even typos. Did you do a spot-check of the cited sources to be sure the article accurately reflected what was in them? Did you do a check for potential copyvios and close paraphrasing? All these take time.

Doing an open-and-pass also prevents notifications from being sent: first, that the article is under review, and second, that it has been passed: it won't do both on the same run, and without having previously done the first, it won't do the second, since full reviews are expected to take hours if not days. It also prevents the article from automatically receiving the GA icon. In a typical GA review, the review page is opened (which reserves the review to you and prevents someone else from opening it and taking charge while you're at work on it), and the review is then done and the results added, which can be done in a single post or in several chunks.
