Whether or not you're a hard worker, if you want to convince an admin to unblock you, you're still going to have to explain what you did, why it's a problem for Wikipedia, and how you plan to avoid repeating the behavior in the future. That you appear on first glance to be a productive editor on Bengali language (I don't speak the language) with a clean block log there is certainly a point in your favor.
