Orphaned non-free image File:Vanessa Hudgens Say OK Video frame.png

Thanks for uploading File:Vanessa Hudgens Say OK Video frame.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • I am a bot, and will therefore not be able to answer your questions.
  • I will remove the request for deletion if the file is used in an article once again.
  • If you receive this notice after the image is deleted, and you want to restore the image, click here to file an un-delete request.

July 2010

Wednesday, July 21

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Shrek (film series), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. -- Doniago (talk) 12:50, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

HM Document

This document is no way faked. This document is from Disney Channel Media Net (disneychannelmedianet.com). The document is linked from that website so no one can possibly fake the document. - Alec2011 (talk) 17:24, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

I just said may be. Although everybody knows that this document is indeed real. But in Wikipedia, we need a verified source (not a blog post, forum, a document is not from Disney.com,...). Be patient. Thanks. Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 17:29, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Teenage Dream cover

Where did you download that image from? I've been trying to verify it today: you are the third editor to download it without providing the source URL.—Kww(talk) 05:47, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Talk:Teenage Dream (album)

I've had to undo and reapply your last edits to Talk:Teenage Dream (album) and the following edits. The problem is, you attempted to change the proposed merge, which changed the meaning of all the intervening comments. Accordingly, I've put your new suggestion below as a second proposal. —C.Fred (talk) 18:20, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Volume & Value

Hello Silvergoat. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Volume & Value, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: This doesn't meet any speedy-delete criterion - A7 does not apply to albums. It fails WP:V, WP:NALBUMS and WP:CRYSTAL, but you will have to PROD or AfD it. Thank you. JohnCD (talk) 09:27, 4 October 2010 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 06:47, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Thank for your advice, but seemed like people avoid that mention here; so they removed it. I think we shouldn't add back. Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 14:17, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Please add it no problem.--2.89.141.229 (talk) 14:42, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
I'm sorry, I can't. There is also sockpuppet case in that Corbin Bleu page, in that Personal section; so I really don't want to mess with. Sorry. Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 14:56, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Your judgment was good. 2.89.141.229 is just Chace Watson, a banned editor, using an IP to edit anonymously. Please continue to be careful about requests to edit articles on behalf on anonymous editors.—Kww(talk) 15:34, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
The only thing that I did not understand was why do he have to do that with Bleu's page so many times like that? Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 16:29, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
Many banned editors are like that: they refuse to understand that they are banned, so they keep trying, even though every edit they make is undone.—Kww(talk) 18:04, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Template:Latest stable software release/Adobe Flash Professional

A tag has been placed on Template:Latest stable software release/Adobe Flash Professional requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Page move of 'Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds'

Hi. I'm wondering why you moved Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds to Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds (album)? It's highly unlikely that there will be any articles about other subjects wanting to use the Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds page, so adding the '(album)' on the end seems unnecessary. As an example, Oasis' second album is on (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, rather than (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (album). Julianhall (talk) 10:59, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

I know. I just thought that we may have something to write about Noel Gallagher and his band in the future. You can move back, it's optional. Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 11:17, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
Ah. I think you'll find that 'Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' isn't the name of his band, he's releasing things under his own name. It appears to be just a strange name for an album. Julianhall (talk) 13:57, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry for this, my bad. Just searched, and you were right, I (and VEVO's credits) was wrong. Thank you. Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 15:55, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
No need to apologise! :-) Julianhall (talk) 09:47, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
It looks like you were right - i think the band ARE called 'Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds'. Certainly, reading this page seems to suggest that you were right. Apologies. Julianhall (talk) 17:25, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
You don't need to apologize, too. I searched and everything was credited to "Noel Gallagher" before that above page. Well, now everything is changed to "Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds". :) Silvergoat (talkcontrib) 18:54, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
