Greeble
editHi. Re: your edit to Greeble, I'm guessing you meant to just undo/remove the edit by Anarchemitis? I've replaced the other edits. Thanks.
Oh, and just a reminder that it's helpful to other editors if you add a few words to the Edit summary. Thanks. :) --Quiddity 19:52, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
Ref Desk
editJust a quick pointer with regard to your question on the science reference desk, the issue about asking a "medical advice" question versus a "medical information" question is a long-standing and heated one. It's usually best to phrase things in the least personal way possible. We can't (and shouldn't) try to diagnose people over the internet. If you had asked the question, "what can cause a person's visual field to spin when changing from hot to cold temperature" you might have gotten references to the vestibular system, vertigo and caloric reflex test. Perhaps you would find those articles interesting. --- Medical geneticist (talk) 19:25, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
