Why was TABULUS deleted

I understand you have rules but why don't you help the people listing on Wikipedia as opposed to just deleting what they have. Check out "Quantrix" and "AutoCAD" and tell me who my post was any different. I spent a lot of time trying to update the TABULUS page to match what you (Wikipedia) wanted. Please let me know what I have to do to get my listing back up. What is TABULUS and why is was it created. If something looks this up Wikipedia should hold the answer. I am trying to list this answer. With your help I can do this but please do not just delete work people have done without trying to help them first. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mbendler (talkcontribs) 16:38, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Because the entry was clearly spam. It was written like spam and contained mostly external links. Plus, it had this big sentence: "TABULUS is currently in FREE Open Beta www.tabulus.com" Plus, most of the article was a copyright violation directly lifted from Tabulus' website. --Smashvilletalk 16:44, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

If you say this is clearly SPAM how can I list TABULUS? Tell me and I will follow your direction. As for the open beta its FREE so I am not sure how that is a bad thing. Like I said have you looked at the Quantrix or AutoCAD listings? I would like to hear your thoughts on those pages. As far as copyright violation this is not the case. I am the VP, Sales & Marketing for Diehl Technology LLC. Michael Bendler. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mbendler (talkcontribs) 16:59, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Please see WP:COI. As for the other articles, it doesn't matter that other stuff exists. It doesn't apply to your article. --Smashvilletalk 17:05, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi Smash...I have followed every rule you set. I have added a spreadsheet program to the list of spreadsheet programs. Now how is this in violation of Wikipedia rules? I did not advertise nor did I put in a link. Please let me know. --Mbendler 20:55, 18 August 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mbendler (talkcontribs)

You are repeatedly adding the name of your website and a link to the already deleted article to templates throughout Wikipedia. So far you are showing no desire to do anything other than promote the product or the parent company. You are free to contribute to Wikipedia on other matters, but you have a very, very clear conflict of interest. --Smashvilletalk 20:59, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi Smash...I understand what you are saying but if I never told you I was with the company that makes the software would you pull the post? I don't think you would as it doesn't break any rules. Is TABULUS a spreadsheet program? YES Is TABULUS an accounting tool? YES Is TABULUS a business modeling program? YES I do not understand why you are changing the rules when this software should be listed as a retail program just like the other retail competing products. Its unfortunate that you threaten to remove a contributor just because you have a personal issue. Please forward this exact comment to a superior as this is a record of the frustration you are causing. Also please stop deleting my "my talk" comments I have left on your page. You asked that they be posted there to have a record yet you delete what doesn't go in your favor. --Mbendler 21:18, 18 August 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mbendler (talkcontribs)

Wikipedia is a volunteer service. As for the spam, yes, it still would have been deleted because it was clearly spam. The parent company would have been deleted because it makes no assertion of notability, which meets criteria A7 under the speedy deletion policy. But since you pointed out that you were the director of sales and marketing, that did, honestly, make my job easier because it clearly pointed out your motivation...so, I have pointed you repeatedly to the WP:COI policy, left you information on your own page and repeatedly let you know not to continue promoting the company on Wikipedia in the manner that you are. You cannot add your company or your software to the template for two reasons: 1) you work for that company and more importantly, 2) the article does not exist. --Smashvilletalk 21:52, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

A request

Would you please consider unblocking Dr. Blofeld? The posts of his that I saw were not offensive, just angry (though I may have missed some, I admit). He was upset because he discovered he was being attacked on another website because of his edits to Wikipedia. He also wasn't warned that he might be blocked. The block threatens to re-open a situation that had actually calmed down. SlimVirgin talk|contribs 21:23, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I hadn't seen this one. SlimVirgin talk|contribs 21:25, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Good Morning. Could you please tell me who the author of that article was? I think the company might meet WP:Company but the author went too far into advertising and promotion. Hello. Could you please tell me why you deleted the SIGNAL RECOVERY page? It simply gave the history of the company - and was far less commercial than many other entries in WikipediaRMBurdett (talk) 14:26, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Arctic Sea Ltd.

Hello Smashville. Why did you delete this page that I created? The ship MV Arctic Sea has been in the news for the past two weeks. People may want to know a bit about firm/person that owns this ship. Seems like ownership is relevant to the ship's disappearance, abduction, and recovery. The ownership information is obscure and difficult to locate. Ownership of this firm is significant since it is tied to operator of this ship as well. Mlnovaaa (talk) 18:17, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

The article makes no assertion of notability whatsoever. MV Arctic Sea wasn't even mentioned. --Smashvilletalk 18:29, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
True enough. I had added that paragraph to the MV Arctic Sea page, but the paragraph was deleted by someone. I had guessed they thought it belonged more on its own page. So, I started the company page and was researching material to flesh out the page. When I switched back to that browser tab, the page was deleted. Guess I have other things to work on. Overall I like Wikipedia. I was just trying to contribute a bit.Mlnovaaa (talk) 18:55, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Rapid Results Approach

Smashville-

I recently created an entry for “The Rapid Results Approach”. While we were trying to figure out how to insert references, the entry was deleted. The given reason was that it was advertisement for a product or service.

This is not quite correct. The Rapid Results Approach (RRA) is a management methodology akin to “Six Sigma or “Balanced-Score Card”. In other words, yes, it is a product or service, however, it is a product available through a variety of independent providers and used by a variety of actors. I would encourage you to Google “Rapid Results” and you will find evidence of these facts.

I would very much appreciate the restoration of the entry, so that we can upload additional references to a variety resources citing RRA and its contributions to the Change Management and Capacity Building disciplines. Such references include documents from the World Bank, non-profits and for-profits that provide and/or use the Approach, Harvard Business Review Articles by various authors and books published by several leading publishing houses.

Additionally, if you can provide any further advice or suggestions on how to best improve the entry, it would be greatly appreciated.

RackBaller

I recently posted information about RackBaller.com on this site. I'm new, it was my first entry. This is a valid site and NOT an endorsement or advertisement. RackBaller.com is hugely popular, particularly in the Dallas market. I'm trying to find out how to restore the posting, and inquire why it was removed. There is relevance, its factual, it was documentarily written, and ecyclopedic. I'm not certain how this works, but do you work for Wiki? Otherwise, I'm not sure why I'm exlpaining all of this. It was a valid, well written, factual post about a web site and author. Please let me know how I can get it reinstated. thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jccal12 (talkcontribs) 16:38, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

Request for help

Dear Smashville, we noticed that you helpfully prevented the FAO_Goodwill_Ambassador page from being deleted. Since then we have tried to move the page to it's correct name Food_and_Agriculture_Organization_of_the_United_Nations_(FAO)_Goodwill_Ambassadors. However, immediately after moving the page a Bot reverted this change due to "possible vandalism". We have tried to undo the Bot's changes, but with no success. We then added a request to move the page to Wikipedia:Requested_moves on September 4. Unfortunately, the request was deleted by another Bot. Help! We would appreciate any help, including advice on how to approach this problem. Thank you for your time. --16Oct1981 (talk) 13:14, 10 September 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, I'm not sure why it was tagged as vandalism, but your requested title actually is set up as a redirect, so if anyone types it in it takes them to the correct page. However, the current title appears to follow the Wikipedia manual of style. --Smashvilletalk 13:27, 10 September 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for your time and help. We have acted on your advice. It's very much appreciated! --16Oct1981 (talk) 14:47, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 35 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Though there was a WP:COI, I as a neutral editor (per the policy) agreed that the links provided a useful secondary reference for the visa-free blocks on many passport pages and helped him add it in a more neutral way (previously he was shoving it into the intro). Need help nominating an article for deletion

Hello! I have noticed that you monitor the San Diego page. Could I ask you to help me nominate a San Diego-related article for deletion? (I started to try to do it myself, but found the process too daunting.) The page is Albert Einstein Academy Charter School, a K through 8 public school which seems non-notable. I came across it because I have been trying to work on some of the pages listed at the Category:San Diego County, California geography stubs. Doesn't seem to be anything more to say about this particular school. You can quote/blame me as the one who asked for its deletion if you wish. Thanks for any assistance! --MelanieN (talk) 15:56, 8 January 2010 (UTC)MelanieN

While you're at it, this article Balboa Park Gardens should also be deleted IMO - or else merged into Balboa Park, San Diego, California. Should that go through an AFD process, or would it be allowable for me to "boldly" move the content to Balboa Park and then replace the page with a redirect? --MelanieN (talk) 03:19, 9 January 2010 (UTC)MelanieN

The ILLEGAL deletion of the UPWA page

We have been fans of the UPWA and have made our case for reinstatement. We have been ignored while other less notable pages are allowed to stay up and that is fair? We have been nice about it but that can easily change. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Superfan4life (talkcontribs) 03:03, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

What exactly are you threatening? The AfD was unanimous and you've already brought this to DRV. --Smashvilletalk 14:19, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

ColmanBlue notability

My request for speedy deletion of ColmanBlue was declined by you because it "contains a notable musician"; however, a single notable musician is not sufficient for the notability of a musical group. In the absence of other suitable notability, it takes at least two notable musicians. (cf. #6 in Wikipedia:Notability_(music)#Criteria_for_musicians_and_ensembles) This group does not appear to have satisfied any of the other criteria and therefore they fail notability and should be deleted. The notable musician in this case is borderline notable herself. The (as-of-yet unaccomplished) new venture of a barely notable artist seems to fail common sense guidelines for notability. If any of ColmanBlue's singles has success then the article could re-introduced but until then this seems like it should be deleted. If you think speedy deletion is hasty, I can copy-n-paste our discussion over to the talk page and wait for more input but I think the guidelines are clear here. Jason Quinn (talk) 16:01, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

All an article has to do to avoid speedy deletion is make a reasonable assertion of notability, which this one did. You can prod it or take it to AfD, but, in my opinion, it does not meet A7 guidelines. --Smashvilletalk 16:07, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

The Yvel Nave

Hi Smashville. Just before you deleted this page I removed the CSD tag, since I think it was probably true and therefore not a hoax (although obviously non-notable). I then went to AfD it, not realising you'd deleted it - so Twinkle recreated the page with the AfD notice. I've now closed the debate and G6'ed the page. I don't intend to recreate the original page, even though I wouldn't have G3'ed it myself, since it was clearly headed for deletion eventually. Since the G6 was my first ever admin action in mainspace though, please do tell me if you think it was the wrong solution! Olaf Davis (talk) 23:05, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

That works. I usually go into the drop down and change the reason when I'm speedy deleting a page, but when I'm trying to clear out the backlog, sometimes I forget to do it. Looks like you took care of it :) --Smashvilletalk 14:32, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

Shaistyr

Why would you delete Shaistyr? We are currently organizing information and 5 minutes to see if we have valid resources isn't very reasonable! —Preceding unsigned comment added by BroShais (talkcontribs) 23:11, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

Because it was blatantly a hoax and clearly nonsense. And I quote:

As a very exclusive and esoteric group, very little is known about Shaistyr and its members or origins. It is also unfortunate that there are no publicly accessible documents or statistics that may give an insight as to how many members are within it or when it was first created. Scholars estimate that it was founded in the first few months of the recent year of 2008 and continues to expand. Estimations about the brotherhood's size could range from 100-5000 members.

Not to mention..."shaistyr" = shyster. Gimme a break. Post that crap again and I will block you. --Smashvilletalk 14:36, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

About Missippi, which you deleted

Yesterday Missippi was redlinked, so I unlinked it in another article. Today Missippi reappeared. I suspect it may be a deleted article that's been recreated, but the Missippi that you deleted (G8) on January 11 [4] may have been an orphaned redirect to another article. If so, may I know which article it redirected to so that I can look for its AfD and ask for a comparison? (Please note: I am a Wiki-peon, not an admin. I'm not permitted to see anything Wiki-shocking.) Yappy2bhere (talk) 05:15, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, it was a redirect to the redlinked The Book of Life - Chapter 1, which now redirects to it. Using my wikishocking wikipowers, there doesn't appear to have been an AfD for that one. --Smashvilletalk 14:27, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

Go Preds Go! Wanted to come to you with a question. Can you have a look here ... I have twice removed the information about "times of church service" and the name of a non-notable minister taking over, and twice it's been reverted by a different IP. Protection useful? I'm not willing to edit-war, and I can neither protect myself (my current RfA's in-progress) nor would I do it myself because I'm "involved", even though I only dropped by to copyedit. Speedy of Wii 2

Hi,

I noticed that you deleted Wii 2, but as far as I can tell from my research, it does appear to be a real thing, with potential specs out there, and with a possible 2010 release date. I think a nice article could be created. -Zeus-u|c 22:22, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

Considering this, unless there is info other than "nothing is known about it", there is no reason to recreate. --Smashvilletalk 22:25, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
Okay, good point, especially considering that all of the sources are from exactly that date anyway. -Zeus-u|c 22:29, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
Plus, we know that within 15 minutes of it being announced, there will be pretty much a feature quality article on it. See iPad. --Smashvilletalk 14:08, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

Deleted article recreated

Hi there. Just wanted to inform you that the article which you deleted has been recreated. Amsaim (talk) 16:49, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

kursk

hi have NO content dispute with him now, he reverts everythin of my edits, no explantion. even if i ask. he reverts everything this is no content dispute this is vandalizm he reverts cited material [[5]] . he dont liks the numbers in the infobox an while he is changeing this numbers hes reverting everythin else too. for example the article says "hoth's spearhead III Panzercorps" , this is incorrect because the III Panzercorps was assigned to Kempf. than i change this and he reverts, where is this content dispute? he only reverts what i have done. today i created a map and added to the article. than i made a section on the discussion page explaing this map and saying: "if something is wrong please tell me i change the map then..." . and he DELETES. Blablaaa (talk) 20:27, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

I've read your rant in every forum you've posted it on. Let's keep the discussion on your talk page. --Smashvilletalk 20:30, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

Mitchkoi

Mitchkoi is back posting advertising (article "Mitchkoi" -- coincidence?? ;) You threatened to block him before for advertising so I just thought I'd give you a heads up. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 12:50, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

Looks like NJA got him. I'm not sure why I let him keep going with the blatant username violation. --Smashvilletalk 14:32, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

The Comic Dish

Hi there. Back in August of 2009 you deleted an entry for The Comic Dish. I was just wondering if sites like Drunk Duck and GutterflyComix are allowed to keep a page up, why I couldn't as well? Any assistance in keeping a Comic Dish page up would be wonderful! And I apologize for getting to you so late about this; I've just started getting the hang of Wikipedia. Thanks in advance! Draxenn (talk) 11:41, 23 February 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Draxenn (talkcontribs) 11:39, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

The article was deleted as blatant advertising. It featured such language as, "with an incredibly customizable interface". --Smashvilletalk 14:31, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

EPICENTER Economic Progress Instigation Center

I saw that you deleted the Economic Progress Instigation Center page. The is a very real movement and non-profit in Green River, Utah that is doing meaningful and evident work there. I am a huge fan of their work. Why did you remove it?

Jonesb4 (talk) 17:17, 27 February 2010 (UTC)jonesb4

That was two months ago and it was deleted as blatant advertising. --Smashvilletalk 14:25, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

The new thread at ANI

Thank you for the notification on my talk page . These users owing to bad faith are simply unwittingly engaged in the act of counter-compaint in response to a pre-existing currently unresolved complaint lodged by me here. [6] .These users are confusing contest dispute with vandalism. . Since WP : 30 and multi party discussion failed, these users declined my efforts of next level of dispute resolution. [7]. The above users have also refused to consider NPOV provided to them in good faith [8] . The focus on the primary issuees- as the following remains still unaddressed (1) formal mediation of this dispute by experts who will judge my citations and theirs without any prejuice (2) Avoid coccussing tendency of a community of users with well established agenda to mis-represent information on a web-based encyclopedia the source of encouragement for these edit wars is meat puppetry by user User:Anandks007 as as seen here [9]. (3) The need to resolve disputes not by sticking to ones stand point but coming to neutral solutions. So do go through the middle solution here [10]. I am entitled as any other wikipedia editor to the duty of maintaining authenticity of the article whether the disagreement is with 1 or 10. This new ANI thread is irrelevant and redundant as the a pre-existing ANI thread [11] clearly documents the issue from the perspectives of either parties and provides arguments from either side. PS: The core issue of this is that I am facing a possible cabal engaged in mis-representing information on caste-identity (the larger motive of my presence in wikipedia is explained in my profile) - Sanam001 (talk) 09:32, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with the subject at hand. I did, however, note that you had not been informed of the ANI, so I took it upon myself to do so. --Smashvilletalk 14:25, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

Request

Hi. I am the person who possesed the account User:iaaasi and I want to ask you a favor:

I understood my mistakes and the reasons for my block and I changed my behaviour. Since I started my new account, User:Ddaann2, I started making only constructive edits, as you can see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Ddaann2. Even if i made all my edits in good faith, the user User:Squash_Racket reverts my edits, even if it's obvious that they are constructive, judging them by the author, not by their content. He claims that I am a banned user and I have no right to contribute on wikipedia (a fact which is theoretically true)

Can you please check my last contributions on the new account and unblock my old one if it is possible? I am not here to make disruptive edits. Thanks in advance (Ddaann2 (talk) 14:29, 16 March 2010 (UTC))

SPA?

I noticed your Remington revert at Nashville, saw that the editor had an interesting history of contributions. Possible SPA? I've never dealt with one before. Huntster (t @ c) 21:21, 19 March 2010 (UTC)

Good question. I left a note on their page to double check, but I have a feeling they may not be back for a while. It looks like they edit in bursts and then go away for several months. --Smashvilletalk 14:23, 22 March 2010 (UTC)

Sockpuppet of Jwh3

Hello, I am messaging you due to your involvement in a sockpuppet case of a user called James Hunter aka: Jwh3 (talk · contribs). A year ago he tried to create an article about himself, making friends and influencing people in the subsequent AFD by socking and personal attacks. Now he has returned as JJFilmie (talk · contribs) and has created another article. Ryan4314 (talk) 23:12, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

block of User:Ckways

I was thinking of letting actions speak louder than words here and unblocking them after their latest unblock request, but I'm checking with you as blocking admin first. Beeblebrox (talk) 04:58, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Cast your vote on editing guideline at WikiProject Thoroughbred racing

There is currently an issue at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Thoroughbred racing that as a member you might wish to read and vote on. Handicapper (talk) 19:32, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

Vandalism from User: Mikus.

Try yesterday 29th April. Mikus deleted a whole section from the article AVCHD - Compatibility between Brands. This is part of an ongoing deletion of material he does not like as he has assumed ownership of this and several other video related articles. Couple with this has been constant abuse of other editors. 86.176.155.85 (talk) 16:54, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

WP:AIV is for obvious vandalism only. Long term issues need to be discussed at WP:ANI. --Smashvilletalk 19:23, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Removing comments

At the Thoroughbred Prioject Talk page you said: "Lastly, removing other people's comments because you don't agree with them is a quick way to find yourself blocked" - Refer to Wikipedia:Libel. It is a mandatory obligation to remove potentially libelous statements. If someone declares you to have inserted false information as fact. and does so without clear and specific references, then when asked to substatiate the unsourced claim does not, then that is libel in fact and in law and must be removed. Wikipedia editors are Living people, too. Handicapper (talk) 18:27, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

There is absolutely nothing libelous about my statement. It was a warning. If you remove someone else's comments, you will be blocked. --Smashvilletalk 20:45, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

Contact the deleting administrator, as it states. However, I can tell you by looking. Just putting someone's location and birthdate will get deleted every single time. You at least need to put who they are and why they are notable. --Smashvilletalk 15:34, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

AGF is not a suicide pact

AHC, 16:03: "But a deceptive manipulator might say it. Which Verbal did, on my talk page and at an ANI thread he started about the incident."

AHC, 20:27: "I did not describe Verbal as "a deceptive manipulator". Read my words, not your inferences."

Wikilawyering much?--SarekOfVulcan (talk) 00:41, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

I did not say Verbal is a deceptive manipulator. He might be, because he did what a deceptive manipulator might do. But perhaps he had other reasons. Don't infer what you want to read in my words. Please. Anthony (talk) 00:48, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi Smashville

Actually I see your point if your concern is that Wikipedia is not a place to publish original thought. I hope Nine lessons of light is a suitable page since it is a theory of visual perception already explained in a book. There's no intent to advertise it. Just list it as a theory explained in a book. However, you are the judge. Would you consider relisting it?

Thanks

Michael Adams

Collectimatic (talk) 02:35, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

You'll need to contact the deleting admin, who is Stifle (talk · contribs). As far as I am aware, I have had no interaction with that page. --Smashvilletalk 14:23, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

Stealth20k

The user has continued his disruptive editing; he has been edit warring on several pages, has removed the discussion from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island's talk page, and has removed all posts from his user talk page related to the issue. He is currently editing under his IP: [12] - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 19:10, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Blocked the IP for one month and the account indefinitely. Thanks for letting me know. --Smashvilletalk 19:25, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

I think my recent edits should keep the Reggie Bush dispute at bay for now; please take a look. Also, might you consider watchlisting the list? If the edit wars continue, semi-protection may be the best choice. Thanks, Dabomb87 (talk) 20:31, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Absolutely. Also willing to withdraw it. --Smashvilletalk 21:18, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. I've put it on my watchlist as well. Cheers, Dabomb87 (talk) 21:28, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Secretariat

Thanks for taking a second look at my assessment of the Secretariat article for Wikiproject Thoroughbred racing. I appreciate it! Verkhovensky (talk) 19:12, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

No problem. I've had it on my watchlist for a couple of years and it's always irked me because it has so many flaws...but I've never really had the energy to go fix it. --Smashvilletalk 19:18, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
Keep on watchlisting the article and thanks for your past eagle eye! Our little friend with the two men in a horse suit edit is back with a new IP and is getting nasty --maybe because I left a warning template on his previous IP. I reverted and also did a substance edit to move the movie up into a new general section on posthumous recognition, which may cut down the temptation to add trivia. Anyway, I'm wanting to avoid 3RR issues with this individual, so if you want to help out with the cluebat, I'll be grateful! Montanabw(talk) 04:26, 5 December 2010 (UTC)

Hello

I'm the guy this sock has been talking about, but given the numerous unblock requests (Six? I've never seen any errant editor file that many), I'm not sure if a community ban is in order. Taelus has denied the sockmaster access to his own talk page. I know undoing the sock's edits is valid only if the sockmaster is community-banned, but I feel reverting the archiving is in order because that guy has been a problem child for months. I initiated the SPI report on him because he was becoming a nuisance. We don't need people like him muddling up the project...and "cyber-bullying"? Please. --Eaglestorm (talk) 02:19, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

I think he's backed himself into an ipso facto ban with all of his socking, in that while not officially banned, no admin is going to unblock him without taking it to the noticeboards. If you feel like proposing a community ban, I'm thinking you'll probably find the support. --Smashvilletalk 19:35, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
I'll cross that bridge when I get there...if he's an Orsahnses-type or Gerald Gonzalez-type sock. In case any admin tries to present a case for unblocking him, especially those that the sockmaster approached and complained about me to like Taelus and Fogeltje, boy, that sock/meatpuppeteer's hide would look great on my wall. --Eaglestorm (talk) 00:30, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
Update: his IP Sock, 122.107.214.146, has been deleting the sock identification tag and even the WHOIS tag i put in the talk page. Evidence of how cowardly and disruptive he has bcome. --Eaglestorm (talk) 14:02, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
