Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
editSuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from Nettrom (talk), SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot (talk) 21:26, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Hey, GoingBatty (cool username, by the way!), I want to ask you a little Wikipedia advice! I have learned about barnstars from the one you have on your talk page. I am aiming for the one you have, The Copyeditor's Barnstar (since I've done a lot of copyediting edits, which you can check out yourself), and do you think I can do it? --SpaceChimp1992 (talk) 22:23, 19 July 2011 (UTC)
- Hi SpaceChimp - Like the cookies you gave me, anyone can give a barnstar to anyone else. There are no specific requirements you need to fulfill to earn one. One exception to that is Wikipedia:Reward board, where individuals or WikiPedia projects can request help by offering barnstars or other awards. Keep up the good work, and good things will come your way! GoingBatty (talk) 02:09, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

DYK for Mercury's magnetic field
editOn 27 July 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Mercury's magnetic field, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that data from Mariner 10 (pictured) led to the discovery of Mercury's magnetic field in 1974? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Speedy deletion nomination of File:GTAVC Skimmer.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:GTAVC Skimmer.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
