Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited American Idol (season 15), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Cook. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

deletion of the voice usa season 15 coaches

edit

(copied from my talk page) @Ronhjones hello, you have deleted the post I made on the voice usa about adding the seasons 15 coach lineup and I know its my fault because I did not put in the website that I got this information from. and the reason I put this edit is because last year when we were in season 12, someone else put in the edit for the upcoming seasons 13, and 14 coaches so that's why I made that edit from now.

here is the website that shows where I made that edit that you have deleted: http://variety.com/2018/music/news/the-voice-season-15-coaches-kelly-clarkson-jennifer-hudson-1202806667/

would I be able to put this edit back in. ~~Spanisharabic~~ can you please put a response on my talk page instead. thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spanisharabic (talkcontribs) 16:09, 14 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Spanisharabic (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

it was an error and I made a mistake. From the america's got talent season 13 page, someone edit on saying that seasons 11 and 12 winners were picked by judges golden buzzers and I put in my edit saying season 10 winner was also won the show getting a golden buzzer but from a guest judge in the judges cuts stage. Then later I found out that someone removed my edit and I got a message from that person saying what I wrote was fake. (But if you go to the AGT season 10 wikipedia page you can see I was telling the truth). So yes I got mad and I did remove that persons edit which gave me the 1 week block.

Decline reason:

If you getting mad and removing material is what is going to happen every time you are in a content dispute, you should not be unblocked. To be unblocked, administrators like me would need to be assured that you will no longer be disruptive. You will need to state what steps you will take to avoid making such disruptive edits in the future. As such, I am declining this request. 331dot (talk) 19:15, 1 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Voice (U.S. season 15), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Halsey (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Speedy deletion nomination of 54th Academy of Country Music Awards

edit

Hello, Spanisharabic,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Meatsgains and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged 54th Academy of Country Music Awards for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Meatsgains}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

MasterChef (U.S. season 10) moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, MasterChef (U.S. season 10), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your submission at Articles for creation: MasterChef (U.S. season 10) has been accepted

edit

MasterChef (U.S. season 10), which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Stub-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

Your recent edit to this article

edit

Hello. I wanted to stop by and thank you for yur recent edit to this article. The previous edit that changed the dates in question from May to March were clearly vandalistic in nautre, so it is appreciated. However, I did want to politely remind you that we as Wikipedians are always assked to assume good faith in extending kindness, civility, and understanding to all with whom we interact here. Your use of an expletive expression in your recent edit summary could be seen by some editors as not in keeping with a good faith edit, and in violation of Wikipedia policies relating to courtesy, etiquette, decorum, and basic decency in all interacts. If I may, I'd like to respectfully suggest that you be mindful of that going forward, so that it doesn't become a problem. In around 14 years of editing Wikipedia, I have seen far too many cases where editors who mean well did not watch themselves, and wound up being blocked for conduct unbecoming a Wikipedia editor, and I don't want to see that happening to you, since it's obvious from your other contributions that you have a genuine desire to make Wikipedia better. And i thank you for that as well. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you might have on this matter. --Jgstokes (talk) 21:48, 26 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Problem with your custom signature

edit

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
  4. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 19:04, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
