Notice

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have recently shown interest in the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Use of talk pages

edit

I'm not sure what you think this is but it is not a valid use of a user's talk page. The user in question seems to have stopped editing anyway, so I doubt it makes any difference to them, but it would be best not to breeze into a seemingly random user's talk page and post a profanity laced rant, even if you intend it to be supportive. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:02, 2 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

@DanielRigal: Hey you delete vandals and all that stuff right? Can you please just delete my account or something? Cheers. Sparktorn (talk) 18:08, 2 February 2019 (UTC) i honesty dont know tf im doingReply

I am not an administrator so I can't block accounts or remove content from the page histories. If I remove any content then it remains in the page history and other people can still see it.
Generally speaking, accounts do not get deleted anyway. They can be blocked from editing but we retain the history of every edit ever performed. Edits can be "deleted" but really they are just hidden in the history so that only administrators can see them. This is the case for deleted pages and also specific edits which have to be hidden for legal reasons (e.g. copyright violation or defamation).
So have a think about what you want done. If you really do want your account to be blocked and your user pages deleted then you will need to ask an administrator. To achieve that, you can contact an administrator who is willing to place self-requested blocks. See Category:Wikipedia administrators willing to consider placing self-requested blocks - reach out to one of them, and explain why you want to be blocked. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:21, 2 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
