There is no WP:CONSENSUS to use this Infobox. You should stop adding it to articles, as you did to the Todd Manning article, unless WP:SOAPS has agreed to it. A big infobox discussion is currently being had at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Soap Operas; you should weigh in there and see what the general feelings are among most editors who have participated in that discussion. New Todd Manning image -- thanks

Thanks for that. I've commented here about it. I'd prefer that we keep the current Téa Delgado image, though.

Also keep in mind that, similar to how what main image should be used for the Todd Manning article has been heavily discussed, what main image(s) should be used for other soap opera articles have also been discussed (heavily or not-so-heavily). It's best to check the talk pages and/or skim through the talk page archives to see if any one image has WP:CONSENSUS or if there is WP:CONSENSUS not to use a certain type of image.
