editThanks for your edits to the Retrograde article. Can you get a better Haydn example that's public domain? The one you used has many slurs and articulations which are not by Haydn but are editorial additions. - kosboot (talk) 13:32, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

editDm or Em
editHi! Several people have raised doubts about the correct second chord symbol of c:File:Bach St Matthew Passion No 46 Chorale Herzliebster Jesu different harmonization.png. They suggest that it should be E minor, not D minor. See c:File talk:Bach St Matthew Passion No 46 Chorale Herzliebster Jesu different harmonization.png, Talk:Chord substitution, and the recent history of Chord substitution. Could you clarify the matter? -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 06:07, 2 January 2022 (UTC) Have made correction.Spencerpiers (talk) 14:10, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
Final Guiraud chord
editGreetings – I just listened to your nice rendition of Debussy’s improvised chords from dialogue with Guiraud and I notice the last chord doesn’t match with Hyacinth’s score. The score shows E♯, making it the same type of whole-tone chord as all the others in that bar. Your file plays E♮, making a dominant 7th. I don’t have a source, but I assume the score is correct, since it predates your file by several years. MJ (t • c) 16:28, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
