editHi Starmakerbombay! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Transport in Mumbai into Transport in Surat. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Nobody (talk) 12:58, 22 December 2023 (UTC)

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! - EbikeGo is EV Brand in india, and the article contains all the proper citations, and does not voilets any guideline, i think the article should stay @Voorts, User:J04n can you help me on this Starcruexz (talk) 05:36, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
- Hi Starcruexz, you should note your reasons for keeping the article on the articles for deletion page. When commenting there, you should explain why you believe the sources meet Wikipedia's notability guideline for corporations. Please also note that you should not directly ask another editor to provide their opinion in a deletion discussion, as that might be viewed by some editors as canvassing for votes, which is not allowed. voorts (talk/contributions) 05:57, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
- This article should be stay because not all sources are trivial announcements, some of them might be but not all. Starcruexz (talk) 09:12, 19 February 2024 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:2023 Inidan albums
editA tag has been placed on Category:2023 Inidan albums indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Note that you spelled Indian incorrectly and albums are not categorized by both year and the nationality of the recording artist. StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 02:35, 19 February 2024 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of EBikeGo
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on EBikeGo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/EBikeGo (2nd nomination). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. March 2024
editHello Starcruexz. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Starcruexz. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Starcruexz|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 09:58, 12 March 2024 (UTC)
- @331dot I can ASURE you that i am not being directly or indirectly compensated for my edits. ..... I AM NOT A PAID EDITOR. I WRITE WIKIPEDIA TO MAKE WIKIPEDIA MORE IMFORMATIVE WITH MY VERY LITTLE CINTRIBUTION. Starcruexz (talk) 07:27, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- You don't need to shout(using all capital letters is generally considered yelling). You claimed the logo of EBikeGo as your own personal work when you uploaded it. Did you create the company logo for free? Note that paid editing is not limited to specific payment for edits- any paid relationship triggers the disclosure requirement. Are you employed directly or indirectly by EBikeGo? 331dot (talk) 09:13, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- i have not created the logo, i was confused about which license i should select while uploading, I am not employed directly or indirectly by EBikeGo Starcruexz (talk) 09:32, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- Then you must immediately remove the logo from the draft and request its deletion from Commons. Logos are typically uploaded under fair use rules to this Wikipedia locally as Commons cannot host non-free images. Even if the logo has been released under a license allowing for reuse for any purpose with attriubution(something I wouldn't want to do with my company logo) you cannot claim it as your own personal work.
- Images are not relevant to the draft approval process, which only considers the text and sources. Images can wait until the draft is accepted and placed in the encyclopedia. 331dot (talk) 09:39, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- okey i will do as per your guidance, Thanks .. also i think this link meets the criteria can u suggest ? https://www.dnaindia.com/business/photo-gallery-ebikego-all-you-need-to-know-about-the-two-wheeler-rental-platform-2801410 Starcruexz (talk) 09:58, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- No, this is not significant coverage of the company, it just describes what they do. 331dot (talk) 10:01, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- alright, can you please make me understand what is significant coverage, wikipedia guides are quite confussing for me, i am a bit new here.. i don't know much Starcruexz (talk) 10:13, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- Significant coverage is that which goes beyond merely telling what the subject does and goes into detail about what the source sees as important/significant/influential about the subject- not what the subject might see as important about itself. We call this the definition of a notable company. This is the main reason that the article was previously deleted as you are aware- Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/EBikeGo (2nd nomination)- and frankly this hasn't changed with your draft. The sources all describe the routine activities of the company. Raising funds, releasing products, signing celebrity spokespeople, these are all things most companies do.
- I've seen this company described as a "startup"- startups/new companies almost never merit articles. A company must become established and recognized in its field by others(unsolicited) to draw the coverage needed to summarize in an article. Ford Motor Company doesn't merit an article merely because it manufactures motor vehicles- it does because independent sources have written extensively about Ford and its influence on the automobile industry and manufacturing in general(pioneering the assembly line, pricing so that their own workers could purchase cars). That's an extreme example, but the general point here is that you need sources that have taken note of EBikeGo and its influence on their own and chose to write about that infuence. You don't have that now. 331dot (talk) 11:08, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for explaination i will try to find some more source if possible. Starcruexz (talk) 15:27, 14 March 2024 (UTC)

Surat
editHello. Your recent edit to Surat appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 09:41, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
