Hi Steph! I'm very happy to help - what is the article that you wanted to work on? - Bilby (talk) 13:16, 26 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

The article I need to work on is STATUS , its a social compaign, i've already started working on it but don't know how to continue! - User:steph_kobe (talk|)

Once the Teahouse project is officialy launched I'll send you an invitation - it is a project intend to help people when they start editing on Wikipedia, and there will be a lot of people to get advice from. :) In the meantime, do they have a website or something I could look at? I need a point to start digging from.- Bilby (talk) 03:13, 27 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Ok that sounds great thanks, this is their website : http://www.ocasi.org/status/index.asp , I have also found other references and articles if that helps. User:steph_kobe

That's great - the site is ideal. I'll have a look today to see what we're up against, but if you have other references all should be good. Because your previous work was removed I'm not sure how you approached it, but it is probably best if you start in your sandbox and we build it up there: User:steph_kobe/Sandbox. I've also added a teahouse invite below - it is starting to look like a great place to go for quick advice. - Bilby (talk) 22:28, 28 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
I noticed that there isn't an article on OCASI, or at least I missed it if there is. Would it be viable from your end to create an article on OCASI with a section on STATUS, and then have a redirect to the STATUS section? Sometimes if notability proves hard for one topic, we can cover a larger topic that encompasses it. - Bilby (talk) 22:36, 28 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yes that would be a good idea to create one on OCASI User:steph_kobe — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.205.243.242 (talk) 22:52, 29 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

That sounds like a plan, then. Develop a site on OCASI containing information about STATUS, and if there is enough content to warrant it, spin off STATUS into its own page. The main thing you'll need is some media coverage of OCASI, and if there is anything on STATUS then that would be cool too. But if we can establish that OCASI has been covered sufficiently in teh media (we're looking for articles primarily about OCASI, rather than articles in which representatives of OCASI make a comment), we can justify that article, and don't need to provide the same justification for coverage of STATUS. This is the first week of the new semester here, so I'm a bit run off my feet as I try and get the materials for my courses ready for students, but I'll do what I can, and things always calm down in week 2. - Bilby (talk) 00:26, 2 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Ok no worries, I appreciate the help. So once i've started how will we share information? user talk:Steph Kobe
