Difficulty in Page Creation

How do I create a red link to the my proposed page? Must it be this way: Wikipedia:proposed page or proposed page? Stepheniyke (talk) 08:54, 28 December 2018 (UTC)

Hi Stepheniyke, ordinarily you would create pages without the Wikipedia: prefix. Such pages are encyclopedia articles. Pages with the Wikipedia prefix (INSIDE the brackets) are pages about the encyclopedia. —teb728 t c 10:08, 29 December 2018 (UTC)

I want the page 'Godspower Oparaugo' to be created

I need help in creating the above mentioned page. It is of importance I create a page with the name: Godspower Oparaugo. Godspower Oparaugo merited the notability policy of Wikipedia; he founded a fast growing NGO that aims at gaining membership in every country in Africa.

Please have a look at WP:SOURCE. I did a quick Google search and found very little information about him. Do you have other sources?
