shooter beliefs

As you suggested on the talk page, the recent school shooter either held Nazi beliefs or did Nazi stuff, but policy says a reliable source is required for Wikipedia to make that claim and yesterday The Independent, considered a reliable source by Wikipedia, published an article stating that the perpetrator did Nazi salutes and would say "praise Hitler".
