Nomination of Madhu Singhal for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Madhu Singhal is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

I wrote this article depending on a personal interview and I have taken mail approval from mitra jyoty's official mail id. That's proofs the integrity of the article. As mentioned in the article, Madhu Singhal is a blind by birth and also a national award winner. Her story can encourage a lot of people. I have no clue why it's nominated for deletion . Please let me know what to be done to prevent it from deletion.

Thanks for uploading File:Madhu.jpeg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
