Moved draft

edit

I removed the second colon from the title User:Sue:8183/Sandbox4. That is, I moved the draft you created at User:Sue:8183/Sandbox4 to User:Sue8183/Sandbox4 so that it would be in the right place. Eastmain (talkcontribs) 11:24, 4 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Many thanks for this Eastmain 2A02:C7C:64FD:7C00:5484:211C:94CA:DB8C (talk) 18:39, 4 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to user pages or sandboxes, as you did at Monthly nurse. Since these pages have not been accepted as articles, user pages, sandboxes and drafts are not suitable for linking in articles. and such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been deleted, please do not re-add any such links, thank you - Arjayay (talk) 21:16, 23 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Dear Arjayay, I am grateful for any help I can get and thought the article Monthly Nurse was vastly in need of improveemnt. Thank you for your comment but I am afraid I dont understand your meaning or what I have done wrongly. What do you mean by links? I am seeing the article just now is the same as I left it yesterday.   Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Monthly nurse, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 03:24, 11 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Further to this Jessica I think you mean with my reference to Harriett Cater - I will improve on this as I think I have put a personal opinion - I will adjust reference to show evidence of training in general nursing and midwifery - all see in Royal College of Midwives archive - I am trying to improve on the whole page - many thanks again and please stay in touch. 2A02:C7C:64FD:7C00:A0D7:5A9:10E3:5F0C (talk) 11:35, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hallo Asilvering this is very nice of you I will look at the links. Wikipedia has a lot of positives but it can be rather daunting. Thank you so much. 2A02:C7C:64FD:7C00:108B:517D:6A71:B570 (talk) 15:46, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
