Financial bloat
editHi there, re: this edit, it's obvious that you meant well, but I don't particularly see the utility of including sixth and seventh week financial data for the film simply because we have it. Typically we expect to see information about a film's first day, first weekend, maybe first week, and then the lifetime gross. If there's something significant about the in-between dates, like some world event triggered a surge of viewership in the sixth week, then maybe I could see that, but it seems like unnecessary detail that doesn't materially improve our understanding of the film. editPlease do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja (film). Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. You added this source for Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja. The IBTimes source is an exact duplicate of a report from Onlookersmedia, which is an unreliable source. IBTimes itself refer it in it. That [unreliable] report also tells that the figure [32cr] is including the money from selling various rights. Essex-1799 (talk) 18:19, 7 November 2016 (UTC)

editHi, this source from TOI you used to cite the box office in Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja (film) is a disputed source, which is not its genuine collection. It's an obvious mistake from the editing side. And the "only source" that reported it, neither TOI has reported it again. In fact, in their another report in 2015, listed the top 5 Malayalam grossers (ranging 75-25 crore), they haven't included Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja. Now forget it, I bet you cannot find any other reliable source reporting 49 crore, not even a single source. Can you ?. But there are other sources, that reports its box office during its running time, and over. KVPR released on 16 Oct 2009, per this report from Sify, it grossed 13 crore in 42 days, and per this (on Jan 2010) cites its 70 days gross as 18 crore, but this report from India Today gave 15 crore as collection. Indiaglitz gave its 100 days gross as 17 crore (Indiaglitz is not acceptable per Wiki consensus, anyway it gave a similar figure, that's the point). Apart, its producer has officially declared its total collection as 20 crore, in a press meet in Kochi, as reported by NDTV "one year" after its release, that means its lifetime gross. So the TOI report of 49 cr is an obvious mistake. Also remember, Twenty:20 grossed 32 crore, and when Drishyam became the highest grosser, sources reported that it broke the record of Twenty:20, not KVPR.--Essex-1799 (talk) 09:14, 16 November 2016 (UTC)

In this edit, you are deliberately including factual errors. In the claim from the producer, it's "specifically" written it is "according to the producer", since no other correct reliable box office figures are available. In the edit, you added sources from Indiaglitz.com, which is an unreliable source per WP:ICTF, which you very well know. You again re-added the 32cr reference which was challenged. And where in those sources says that the film was a box office success in Delhi, Mumbai, UAE, and US ??. Don't make your own conclusions. You added an unreliable source from Metromatinee too (They them-selves contradict in a later report published in November 11, 2016). And where in that source it says 38cr is "from Kerala" ??. Again you re-added that proven fake 49cr report. Here also, where in the source it says it is "according to the producer" ??. You are deliberately misrepresenting the sources and manipulating the contents by your own original research and adjustments and alterations. It is evident that you are not here to contribute to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a tool to promote your favourite actor and films, that through disruption, faking information, vandalism, IP hopping and edit warring. --Essex-1799 (talk) 11:09, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
