Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Tesile. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Glance Networks, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. GermanJoe (talk) 09:05, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
3O request
editI have declined your request at WP:3O as there appear to be more than two editors involved in the discussion. You are welcome to pursue other forms of dispute resolution, or please let me know if you believe I am in error. Cheers. DonIago (talk) 14:41, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
Primerica
editHello, Tesile. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);

Thank you.
- You recently made an edit on Primerica with an edit summary indicating that you are acting on the company's behalf (i.e., "These changes were requested by legal representation of the company and require modification in order to reduce liability from outside parties".[1] This represents a WP:COI, so in keeping with WP policy, please refrain from making edits to the article directly. You may, however, make comments on the article's talk page. Thank you for your cooperation going forward. Rhode Island Red (talk) 21:43, 18 November 2018 (UTC)
- You have continued to edit the article despite being cautioned about WP:COI. Your recent edit (removal of sourced material) was reverted with cause.[2] Also, your edit summary misleadingly stated the edit as a "request"; however, it was not a request -- it was a direct edit. I'll remind you once more that you should not edit the article directly with a WP:COI. If you have a request to make, you can do so on the article's talk page. Failure to respect policy could end up necessitating a report to WP admin and a possible block. Rhode Island Red (talk) 03:41, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
- You have been amply warned about violating WP:COI and yet you have continued to edit the page[3] to which you admitted having a connection. Please don't do it again or you will be blocked. Last warning. Rhode Island Red (talk) 16:10, 27 December 2018 (UTC)
