Omnidex Linking

Hi, sorry for the trouble, but I did not wanted to be just a stupid advertising tool myself. It was not a real part of promotion, but I wanted to make people aware that there are websites with advanced information (a Pokedex), which can not be placed here. The whole website serves as a Pokedex, so I thought it was a good idea to add links to the pokemon species pages. Again, sorry for the trouble,

It's not a huge problem, and I'm glad to know that it wasn't for promotional purposes. The "External Links" section is primarily meant to link towards official pages; in the case of a band such as U2, U2.com would be a link placed in that section. We've been trimming down all of the unofficial links to fansites recently. This is why other fansites, such as Serebii, are no longer listed. I'm not entirely sure why Bulbapedia remains at this point; probably just so that the section isn't left blank. If you like, you can always ask at the Pokemon WikiProject; I'm sure they'd be more than happy to answer your questions, and they'll be able to give you a more informed answer then I can.

Also, I see that you've been discovered by the dreaded SineBot. All you have to do to stop SineBot from signing for you is to type four ~ in a row. MelicansMatkin (talk) 16:37, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
