Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.

Invader

Hello there. What you're writing about seems more usefully expressed as a detailed blog post, to be honest - writing about how you found the artwork, saw it being taken down and rescued it - than trying to fit it into any sort of encyclopedic context. Wikipedia articles are ultimately about repeating what reliable secondary sources have said on a subject, and don't really suit this kind of personal reporting. (We should be particularly wary of announcing that a particular artwork was put there by Invader rather than a copycat, particularly in a city where he seems to have been taking some pains to install the mosaics legally.) --McGeddon (talk) 23:07, 29 December 2015 (UTC)

Sure, I enjoy his work and I have the Wikipedia article on my watchlist - I helped get it up to "good article" status last year by stripping out possible-copycat images that were erroneously being attributed to Invader, and making sure that we were only using pictures from countries with copyright laws that allowed free use of photos of outdoor artworks.

I don't think the pizza mosaic being confirmed as a piece by Invader makes much difference - if the content you want to add is "an Invader mosaic was removed by local authorities in New York", there's already a full paragraph about this happening in Hong Kong (complete with press coverage and response quotes from Invader). An additional sentence about a particular mosaic being removed in New York doesn't add much to that - hundreds of his works have been removed by authorities over the years - especially when we don't have any reliable sources about who did the removing and why. (Again, it's problematic for Wikipedia to suggest that despite Invader's Instagram call for legal sites in New York, he glued a mosaic to a pizza restaurant and the local authorities had to remove it.)

I think this sounds like a potentially great blog post - if there's more to the story and it gets picked up by the press (and even a reaction from Invader) then there might be something to write in an encyclopedia article about Invader's work, but there's not really enough going on here yet, as I see it.
