Hi Thobo~enwiki. Firstly, I have moved the draft to Draft:Michael Margolis, as it is the suggested namespace to create a new article in. Below I have listed some points to address; however, please use the articles for creation process when you are ready to submit the draft for review.

• John Elkington links to a disambiguation page in the article
• The article is uncategorized, see Wikipedia:Categories for details
• Reference 36 has a typo in the title
• Use more wikilinking
• Ref tags should be added directly after a sentence, the space should be after the ref tag(s)

Katy Digovich and Positive Innovation for the Next Generation

Both of these articles need additional independent reliable sources like news, magazines, and books to support the claims in them. The article Katy Digovich was nominated or deletion 12 minutes after it was created. It is lucky that Katy was in Varsity Basketball and got written about so much! Lucky for PING that it was mentioned in a Hewlett-Packard press release, or the same thing would have happened to it. Article creators should ensure that the articles meet Wikipedia's Notability policy, WP:GNG. This means discussion in multiple substantial sources which are independent of the subject. Wikipedia and copyright

Hello Thobo~enwiki, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Southern African Development Community have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.
