I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:Don A. Moore, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Thank you for your feedback! I just want to clarify the conflict of interest procedures; I am not specifically being paid to contribute to this Wikipedia draft. I am a research assistant being paid and this is one of my jobs, but if that counts as a conflict then I can disclose that information on the page if needed. Let me know! The conflict-of-interest policy is written rather broadly, so, yes, your situation is one that requires disclosure. I would like some further clarification on writing in a neutral tone; I don't see anything particularly not neutral about the way the article is worded so I would like some guidance as to how to edit it appropriately! Tiffany.ngan (talk) 19:39, 22 June 2020 (UTC)

I'm guessing that it was seen as promotional in the sense that it has, in Wikipedia's voice, pointed to a bunch of Moore's work without explaining anything about why it is significant, as noted by an independent reporter. You're trying to assemble evidence of notability and we humble Wikipedia editors cannot do that through our own research.

Also note that the Biography and Education sections do not include the required in-line citations to sources for the information contained in them. — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 20:43, 22 June 2020 (UTC)
