The direction of the company was determined by its management, thereby creating its own market share in multiple sectors. The company can, as such, cover an important part of the requirements of both the Bahraini and Saudi markets in the real estate, F&B, agricultural, and commercial sectors. Business sectors: The management of the company has been keen to develop its business and to expand its sectors with deliberate (proactive steps being taken in order to achieve the best outcomes. When activating work on the ground, this resulted in the creation of multiple specialized sectors after extensive studies that had previously been approved by a group of experts. Taking into account the professionalism in these sectors, we are certain of our future ability to compete with regional and international trademarks.

TIKCO Direct Investments: Since its establishment in 2011, the company has been keen to invest in successful commercial projects in its various sectors. The beginning of this was in continuous partnership with the Al Kooheji Global Group with its various activities, among which are real estate investment and investment in the gold and jewelry sector, for example. This section is the largest sector under the group’s umbrella and in the future the company intends to expand into this sector by entering future partnerships with opportunities for its success and development.

TIKCO Real Estate Development Services: The company owns a number of real estate projects distributed between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These provide a variety of services that meet the requirements of the real estate market efficiently and with high accuracy, through a specialized team with experience in dealing with all stages of development in our projects, and these services are provided based on current scientific principles that include preliminary studies and studies to assess the feasibility of projects and the stages of their implementation. The development team cooperates closely with the relevant sectors and consulting companies to support the development of the sector and to produce ideas that are appropriate to the market situation and its changes. The team also makes intense efforts with in-depth studies to expand and take advantage of possible opportunities that contribute to the company's growth and prosperity.

TIKCO Hospitality Services: With steady steps, based on our experience and history, we have steadfastly embarked on a commitment to develop our hospitality sector, starting with the acquisition of a hotel suites project in the Juffair district of Manama city in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This project will be our first stage towards larger projects in the same field, which meet global trademarks, and will be the cornerstone of future expansion to the rest of the region. TIKCO AgriculturalDevelopment: According to the principles of food safety, TIKCO was keen to invest in a number of agricultural and livestock products to cover market needs and achieve national self-sufficiency according to advanced market studies that take into account the highest scientific standards to meet the basic needs of the local market, in accordance with the highest health requirements and international quality standards. TIKCO Restaurant Management: At TIKCO Restaurant Management, we seek to invest in successful brands and create our own unique brand in order to work on managing and developing them by following effective and fast (strategies) in accordance with the highest international standards. Therefore, we focus on customer needs and study market requirements continuously in order to meet the needs and aspirations of consumers and, in our endeavor to ensure success in expanding our business field both within and outside of Bahrain, to reach regional and international investment opportunities.

TIKCO Export and Import: It was in the interests of the company to transport the best international products that meet the needs of the individual to the local market. As such, the company recently worked on developing a separate commercial sector that specializes in importing and exporting high-quality products according to market studies that take into account the highest standards of accuracy. The process goes through several stages, starting with research and surveying the market needs, through to searching for potential suppliers and fully studying their products according to the national and internal regulations and standards of the company, in order to ensure their suitability before entering the market. Finally, this is followed by a market evaluation phase that simulates the customer’s experience of the products.

2) تيكو للتطوير العقاري: تمتلك الشركة عددا من المشاريع العقارية الموزعة بين مملكة البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية والتي تُقدم باقة متنوعة من الخدمات التي تلبي متطلبات السوق العقاري بكفاءة ودقة عالية، وذلك من خلال فريق عمل متخصص ذو خبرة في التعامل مع جميع مراحل التطوير في مشاريعنا، ويتم تقديم هذه الخدمات بناءً على أسس علمية تتضمن أبحاث ودراسات أولية لتقييم جدوى المشاريع ومراحل تنفيذها.

6) تيكو للاستيراد والتصدير: حرصا من الشركة على نقل أفضل وأجود البضائع العالمية والتي تلامس احتياجات الفرد الى السوق المحلية، قامت الشركة مؤخرا بالعمل على تطوير قطاع تجاري منفصل متخصص باستيراد و تصدير المنتجات ذات الجودة العالية وفق دراسات سوقية تراعي أعلى معايير الدقة و التي تمر بمراحل عدة ابتداء من البحث و الاستقصاء عن الحاجات السوقية مرورا بالبحث عن الموردين المحتملين ليتم دراسة منتجاتهم بشكل كامل وفق الأنظمة و المعايير الوطنية و الداخلية للشركة و ذلك للتأكد من ملائمتها قبل دخولها الأسواق والذي يتبعه مرحلة تقييم سوقية تحاكي تجربة العملاء للمنتجات.
