editPlease stop edit-warring & try to get a consensus on the talkpages. Other wise, you're going to end up getting blocked. GoodDay (talk) 00:22, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- @GoodDay My apologies, I will stop. Tinpo162 (talk) 03:09, 19 November 2023 (UTC)

editYou currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of presidents of the United States. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. - wolf 02:01, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Thewolfchild Okay my apologies Tinpo162 (talk) 02:35, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- Added note
- This applies to the List of Vice Presidents of the US as well. This warning is a required step, prior to filing notice at the WP:AN/EW board, that may result in your account being scrutinized and blocked. While there is a "bright line" of more than 3 reverts in 24 hours, admins will also look at and consider a longer pattern of editing behaviour, also known as a "slow edit war", and may sanction editors for that as well. With this warning now given, you would be better off going to the article talk page(s) and discussing the changes you seek, as required by policy. - wolf 02:12, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
