In order to consolidate disparate and duplicated content, Scouting in popular culture contains all related content. I was going to add the new King of the Hill episode, but I haven't watched it on Hulu.com yet. YIS --—— Gadget850 (Ed) talk - 21:20, 4 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I believe the Order of the Arrow is worthy of its own pop-culture reference section. To say that the popular culture references to the OA belong on a consolidated "Scouting in Popular Culture" would suggest that the same would apply for Spandex in popular culture (suggesting that a Spandex in popular culture topic should go on a "1980s fashion in popular culture" article. I'd be happy to discuss this further, but I believe it being referenced in both places would not be a huge problem. It will get lost in the massive (and unwieldy) Scouting in Popular Culture article. Spandex is not a good analogy, as there are not thousands of Spandex-related articles. The pop culture references used to be spread throughout all over the articles; there were many duplicates, and none were worded or referenced the the same. The BSA and other articles were starting to get strangled by the listings. I just finished watching "Straight as an Arrow", and it has nothing to do with the OA— it completely ignores the continuity of "The Order of the Straight Arrow". --—— Gadget850 (Ed) talk - 14:05, 5 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
