Stoydi

edit

Hi,

I apologise for the way your initial edits were received. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I think that I have grasped your intentions, correct me if I'm wrong.
You intended to create an article about the toy but first experimented on your user page. You then were going to create the article on the basis of your experiments.
I have contested the speedy deletion tag on your behalf and I have copied your user page to the Strodi article so that it no longer is an empy page.
Let me know on my talk page.
Regards

License tagging for Image:Stoydi doll.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Stoydi doll.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 12:07, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

Speedy deletion tags

edit

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you.

I know that the tag does not apply anymore but it is up to an administrator to remove the tag when the article is reviewed. I will not put the tag back but some other recent changes patroller may do so.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Stoydi, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Proposed deletion of Stoydi

edit

The article Stoydi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references (apart from a non-working external link) and none found. The claim (of this being a radio show prank) makes it unlikely this is notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:30, 10 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
