Hi. Thanks for the addition of Ghana and Denmark to the B-PSA page. Please be careful about deletions, though, as you removed Canada and the USA when you added them. They'll insist on everything we state being backed up by third-party sources, by the way, so when you add stuff about Ghana and Denmark you'll need to web link everything...
Sadly we need to keep the mention of the child-abuse case for a while longer. I've worked hard to remove the negative spin it had originally been written with, but the WOSM folks won't let it be removed totally, even though they've had equal/worse cases. They state that it is a notable event in our history. It took a long time to get it this far, deleting it will just set us back. Let's face it, we've dealt with our problems and moved forward so we might as well state as such! I'm trying to find any online reference to source that those leaders had been with the SA, and it was the B-PSA who finally caught them. If they still feel the need to hide their own skeletons, that's their concern. YITS, DiverScout (talk) 11:38, 24 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Scouting radio

edit

A tag has been placed on Scouting radio, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. triwbe (talk) 10:40, 30 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Baden-Powell Scouts' Association

From your User name I gather you have some connection with traditional Scouting and perhaps the B-PSA. Please explain your reasons for your recent edits because at least some of them go against my knowledge of the situation. --Bduke (talk) 12:28, 30 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
