Hi there, I've left some notes at Draft talk:East wind condos. A significant problem with the article is that you have failed to establish the building's notability. So long as you keep submitting an article that is about a non-notable subject, the article will get deleted. Repeated submission of the same problematic article can be considered disruptive.
