Linking
editThank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In one of your recent edits, you added links to an article which did not add content or meaning, or repeated the same link several times throughout the article. Please see Wikipedia's guideline on links to avoid overlinking. Thank you. Toccata quarta (talk) 16:09, 5 August 2013 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Edit summaries, multiple consecutive edits
editWelcome to Wikipedia, Trixie. Here are a couple editing suggestions for you to consider:
- Please make a habit of providing an edit summary when you make a change to an article. Doing so makes it easier for your colleagues here to understand the intention of your edit.
- Plus, it will be easier for you and your co-editors to collaborate on articles if, instead of making multiple consecutive edits in rapid succession on an article, you use the "Show preview" button to view your changes incrementally before finally saving the page once you're satisfied with your edits. This keeps the page history of the article less cluttered.
Thanks in advance for considering these suggestions. Eric talk 18:52, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Eric,
- Thank you for your suggestions. I will make sure to add summaries after every edit and i will also avoid multiple consecutive editing. Trixie05 (talk) 09:15, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks, Trixie. That will be a big help. Eric talk 12:41, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
Converting Notes to References section
editHi, Trixie05. I've noticed that you've been doing quite a bit of work on simply substituting the names of section headings in articles where footnotes are used so that the section where {{Reflist}} is used now bears the heading "References" instead of the more correct "Notes" and the list of references below it that had been under the heading "References" is now under a heading such as "Further reading". An example of your work that I'm describing is here: Abies amabilis diff. I reverted your changes to Abies amabilis as the headings no longer clearly reflected what they contained. The Notes, then References WP:LAYOUT is one acceptable format for Wikipedia citation, so I'm not sure why you appear to be changing headings when there's no need. If you could help me understand your objective, perhaps we can figure out a better way to get there or perhaps a better place to focus your effort.
As an aside, it appears that it frequently takes you many edits to achieve what you're trying to do; here it was eight edits. Try the "edit source" button at the top of the page and make all of your edits, then make sure to WP:PREVIEW your work before saving. And an edit summary would be useful in helping other understand what your objective was. Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 02:42, 31 August 2013 (UTC)

The article International Journal of Privacy and Health Information Management has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- New journal, too young to have made an impact yet. Only a handful articles published to date, article creation premature. No independent sources, not indexed in any selective database. Does not meet WP:GNG or WP:NJournals.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Randykitty (talk) 15:03, 26 September 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Flexcerin
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Flexcerin, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Fiddle Faddle 10:12, 27 September 2013 (UTC)

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Society for Applied Biotechnology, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://bsnbiotech.wordpress.com/about/.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. Ways to improve Society for Acupuncture Research
editHi, I'm FMMonty. Trixie05, thanks for creating Society for Acupuncture Research!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This article does not seem to be about a notable organisation according to WP:GNG. Please add in some detail from external sources (not publications).

Journal articles
editI notice you've been marking articles on academic journals as unreferenced. Please note that the infobox linkages in many cases implicitly serve as such, though in some cases they will ultimately be replaced with explicit referencing. Most journals are not themselves the subject of extensive writings, but there are various bibliographic and bibliometric records which are useful. WP:WikiProject Academic journals may be of interest.
