The comment the reviewer left was:
All the sources here are primary, for example one is directly from the Fulbright website and another is directly from the site of the award he won. We would like to see more secondary and reliable sources which are independent of the subject - for example, news sources covering his research or win of the award. Based on the article's content, the topic is likely notable (qualifies for an article) per the relevant notability guideline - it's just some of the issues with the sourcing. Additionally, make sure that the draft is entirely neutral, that all parts are sourced (the personal life and education section aren't, as well as some sentences), and that the bare references are fixed (see Help:Referencing for beginners - adding extra information using a template to the citations helps prevent link rot).
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Your draft shows signs of having been generated by a large language model, such as ChatGPT. Wikipedia guidelines prohibit the use of LLMs to write articles from scratch. In addition, LLM-generated articles usually have multiple quality issues, to include:

Dear Dr. Ktkvtsh,
Thank you very much for your review. I have used ChatGPT, but mainly to help me with the references. I revised the application without using it. I had an issue with the references and I hope that this time they are acceptable. Please let me know if you have any comments.
Best regards,

Noted. I've gone ahead and fixed your sources using a Wikipedia tool. Also, there is a built in citation creator in Wikipedia that you can just paste the link to your source and it will create the citation for you. Ktkvtsh (talk) 21:43, 9 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
Dear Dr. Ktkvtsh,
I do value your hep with the references and your prompt respnse. I hope that I have addressed your recommendaion regarding the references in the new Draft's edit. Please let me know if anything else I need to address.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Thiab Taha (March 1)

[edit source]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Nighfidelity was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.
