YUNGBLUD article evaluation

edit

I have a large interest in music. Like a lot, if not the majority of people, It's what keeps me sane, and gets me to the end of the day. I will listen to most genres and artists, but what I would consider being the genre I fit into the best, and prefer, is Pop Punk, Punk Rock, and Alternative. Having said that, my favorite artist whom I will be seeing in concert, Is Yungblud. I read the page he has here on Wikipedia and has an evaluation of the said article. When visiting the YUNGBLUD article on Wikipedia, I found three aspects of it worth commenting on; A, Grammar usage, and how the points are getting across. B. Subtopics surrounding YUNGBLUD have fair coverage. C. The article is very well-rounded and few facts are left out.

The article defining YUNGBLUD and his life, his career, is very well written. The way the author(s) worded their paragraphs and facts is very mature and easy to read and comprehend. As you can tell from the first sentence of the article, "Dominic Richard Harrison (born 5 August 1997), known professionally as Yungblud (pronounced "Youngblood"; stylized YUNGBLUD), is an English singer, musician, and songwriter." they are capable of keeping it plain and simple, but including facts. Stating not only his real name but stage name and pronunciation and stylization. The grammar usage is very clean and makes this article very clean, and simple to read.

YUNGBLUD is the main topic. but as with all articles, there are the subtopics, including his home life, how he grew up, inspiration for his songs. There is a fair to a good amount of coverage on all given subtopics, but for me personally, I feel I know more in the aspect of his personal life, mental and physical health than the article is sharing. The section on his health is very short, containing five short sentences. They do give some very important insight into his health, but only really graze the surface.

I quite enjoyed the article, it is very well-rounded and informative and covers almost all subjects. I would prefer if there was a section on how he got his name as it is a simple, but good story. I feel that is an important factor in who he is. I also feel there could be a subtopic on his friendships, as he is very close with some other famous artists. The article is still extremely well put together and is a very nice read.

All in all the article is very well put together and had a great voice, and a good way of getting points across at a nice pace and simplistic fashion. The subtopics that were surrounding YUNGBLUD were very well put together, although I do feel there were some points missed or needed more explanation. In the end, the article was put together nicely, It could have had a few more subtopics, and a bit more explaining. Other than that, it was a well-put-together article and was very enjoyable.
