Request reason:

I am a Dubai resident who was previously contacted by a Ugandan client to help create a Wikipedia page for Haruna Sentongo, i took my time and first made research and as well studied necessary Wikipedia terms before accepting the offer. After enough study and research i was given deposit to start working on the article,I then created my account and started working on the Article. A quick google search of '"Haruna Sentongo"-Wikipedia' brought links that included: an already existing sand box article that i decided to edit before i can submit the draft through AFC. I made the Mandatory Disclosure on my user page as a paid editor but before i could finish modifying the draft for final submissions, i was blocked for allegedly using multiple accounts, despite this being my first and only account. Kindly Check well and find out the real facts then review my block. If it is against Wikipedia Policies to use existing drafts made by other users in building my drafts, kindly let me know as well.
