@Fastily: I know I was blocked just Okloveokok is wasn’t me, there is person created his account on his computer. He sees me activities on my edits history and try stop him and I telling he will put retired and stop. Looks like he tracked me and he deleted WP:Rollback section User:Usernogood what he was done. I hate administrators who blocked me from editing and denied my failed request at rollback permissions. @Dreamy Jazz: oh yes he uses his own computer but use same Wi-Fi. I ask man. I say “so you using my device and been blocked as autoblock?” He answer say no. But I didn’t recognized Okloveokok. and I wasn’t click diff link. Fastily blocked Okloveokok as I totally discovered thought I was blocked. I said “Who created Wikipedia account?” Then man is say Yes. So I worry about CheckUser users believes me as sock puppetry owner but not. He is responsible for Dreamy Jazz blocked me and IP address blocked for second time Fastily believes there is multiple accounts. No I don’t have second/multiple accounts and putted unblock request was denied of administrator says “Multiple accounts cannot be solved”. I was very disappointed. I think so… I think he asked you a question… then you won’t responding, and he putted “{{retired}}” his user page.. and I see his user page… he asked me to remove message on your talk page… and he backed as active and I removed “retired” his user page… on March 27, 2022 now he leaving his visit, and I ripped his saved Wikipedia password paper so he can’t access his Wikipedia account.
