Hi Ustye, thanks for the note. Sorry I was so slow to get back to you. Definitely you can get an article featured. Wikipedia:What is a featured article? is a good starting point for finding out about the process. One of the key ideas of Wikipedia is collaboration, so don’t worry about being the only author/editor. If this is about the International Typographical Union article, I would suggest that you begin with the Wikipedia:Good article candidates process, which is a couple steps away from featured status. There you will find information about expectations, as well as a review process.

As for loading photos, there is an upload page you can use to load images into articles. You need to pay particular attention to copyright and usage details, but assuming you have permission to use the photos they are certainly a welcome addition to an article.

The USS Nevada book published by James H. Barry. Lt. Cmdr. Barry served as Supply Officer on the USS Nevada during WWII.

Knowlands

I attended a funeral May 7, 2009 at Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, California. I was at the two sites of the remains of William F. Knowland and transcribed all the persons in the crypt at Mountain View Mausoleum. I was at Chapel of the Memories where Joseph Knowland, Joseph R. Knowland and William F. Knowland are located. All information is from the records of Mountain View Cemetery and Chapel of the Memories and personal visual of the urn and crypt. I have been this season in Palm Springs, California. I first heard of Cougars and Jaguars. The term was used in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells, CA I was told the term was started in Palm Beach, Florida and is gaining popularity in Sun City and Youngtown (outside Phoenix) Arizona.
