Thanks for uploading File:Susan Campbell websize.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

Getting Real Work

I have noticed that you were unhappy about losing the content at User:Wavecal22/Getting Real Work. While I support the decision to delete the content - the content was in violation of Wikipedia's policies regarding promotional material and was an inappropriate use of userspace - I would be happy to e-mail a copy of the deleted text to you if you are worried about losing it. Status and Advice

As reviewing administrator, I checked for reviews, and see she is notable. But most of this article is copied from http://www.iups.edu/Faculty/CampbellSusan/tabid/137/Default.aspx . This is not acceptable. What I'm going to do is rewrite the basics. Then what you need to do is to add the references for reviews, under each book. Not quotes, just references. You need to specify for each exactly where the review was published, & if possible link to it, not where an excerpt is reprinted on the web. And we need references for the best seller list status. NYT? Exact date, please, & category. If there have been any full articles written about her providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases), they can be given as references--interviews with her are usually not regarded as sufficiently independent. You also need to write like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise the subject, just describe it. It is possible to give us permission according to WP:DCM to use a web site, but the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable. For further information see our FAQ about businesses, organizations, and articles like this. Please do not re-add material I remove--a list of all her journal articles is not appropriate. This is not a place for a CV, but add the page numbers for her journal articles. I advise you to finish fixing up this article as I asked very quickly, before the article gets deleted by a regular deletion process. DGG ( talk ) 02:28, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

doing the above, I noticed that that university website is still active, but there is no evidence that the university is--it appears to have changed its name to Akami University, which does not list her on the faculty. Given this, the use of her cv there as a source his highly dubious, and you would be well advised to find a better source for even the routine bio details. In particular I question: 1. what teaching position she actually had at the University of Mass. 2. What was her actual position at Saybrook--was she always just an adjunct there, as she now is. 3 We usually like to add where her undergraduate degree is from, and when, and usually the place where she was born, because this information can be used by other articles.
