The article Bertila Damas has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. JDDJS (talk) 18:39, 18 April 2016 (UTC)

editHello. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Bertila Damas seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Prmcd16 (talk) 23:35, 19 April 2016 (UTC)
Hi. I cleaned up Bertila Damas of close paraphrasing that bordered on copyright violation. You can't just copy-paste text into Wikipedia, then change one or two words. You have to use your own words to express the same ideas. So, if the source says, "He visited the store on foot", you might say, "He walked to the store." It's basically the same thing, but it uses different words. You can't say, "He visited the store by foot". That just changes one trivial word in the sentence, which is kind of what you were doing. When you restore the text that you wrote, it also restores that copyright violations. You can't do that. If there are important details that I removed, you can certainly add them back, but they must be 1) neutral, 2) verifiable, 3) avoid excessive praise, and 4) avoid close paraphrasing.
