Doctor Zoidberg
editGood job with the removal of in-universe cruft from the article. Cheers. Beemer69 chitchat 05:37, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks. Now there's just the rest of the Futurama & Simpsons characters to work through! Yikes. ;~\ Weasel Fetlocks (talk) 12:24, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
- I'm currently cleaning up the SpongeBob SquarePants character article. Most all of these cartoon-character articles are breeding grounds for cruft. Good luck. Beemer69 chitchat 02:34, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
Futurama
editSorry about the mix-up, I was just trying to prevent vandalism. You might want to make such deletions non-anonymously in the future and/or put something for the edit summary (e.g. "see talk page"). --Cybercobra (talk) 01:44, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
- Actually it wasn't me who made the deletion first time around. It was an unregistered user, but they discuss this before deleting, & I was one of the editors who agreed with them. Weasel Fetlocks (talk) 10:07, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Setting of My Name Is Earl
editThey mention Camden County which suggests Maryland. Also, the fact that they hang at the 'Crab Shack' and Darnell is referred to as 'Crab Man' also suggests Maryland as Maryland is known for its Crab industry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.255.55.180 (talk) 01:44, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Disney Jules Verne stamp.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Disney Jules Verne stamp.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

- I'm fine thanks. I move home & start a new job in a couple of weeks time, which is great after being unemployed & stuck in a terminal rut for a very long time. I'm not here on wp much at all these days, but I'm still spending quite a lot of my time at That Other Site (at least til I start work). & How are you? Any plans to return to the Rathaus? weaseL FETLOckS 22:05, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

- I don't really have big celebration plans yet. Will probably have some sort of celebration once I've moved. weaseL FETLOckS 14:07, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 26
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Roadhouse Nights, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Eddie Jackson (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The file File:Titans Kraken.jpg has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the file should explain why.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
