Eurovision

Just to let you know, the Eastern bloc, Scandinavia and the Former Yugoslav republics tend to vote for their neighbours. This is partially due to culture and proximity, but it's seen in the 'older' countries as slightly unfair. Check out who voted for who, you'll see that most countries voted for their neighbours!
