Draft declinedThank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
FeedbackThe reviewer, Scope creep, left the following feedback:
provide significant coverage: discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
are independent: not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
Refs are profile, annoucements, press-releases. There is no WP:SECONDARY sources that prove notability in the first block of references. The rest are WP:PRIMARY and business news or him speaking making it primary or WP:SPS.

Thanks for the updates, but they haven't really pushed the relevant dial, the previous reviewer's comments still apply. What we are needing here is truly independent coverage at significant length, not passing references, not routine job announcements based off press releases. So the [{WP:GOLDENRULE]] and ideally three such examples. Not interviews either. So something like a profile in a newspaper / magazine that wasn't generated by PR or interviews. This explains why it is unusual for someone of this profile to have an article in Wikipedia.
