• Any admin is free to lift this without talking to me on the condition of a rename and an adequate explanation of why they created this account and tried to create another similar account according to CheckUser (note, this is not a CheckUser block, but a username block.) CheckUser does not identify any other blocked account, so I think its impersonation more than anything, but the username needs to go and we need to have an on-wiki conversation about the clear intent to troll. I'm not certain any username choice with Willy in it would be acceptable- maybe- though I am also curious how you came to know of the long-term vandal's name in order to create one similar to it. Even with an acceptable username choice, I'm very concerned that you aren't able to control yourself after having too much alcohol, and if that's the case, you need to remain blocked to protect Wikipedia.
