Hello Nolelover, Thank you for your email. I have followed your instructions on submitting a revision. I am new to writing articles and didn't appreciate the issues that can arise. The first responce spoke about me not including any references which was operator problems on my part. later, I got dinged on close paraphrasing. In updating my article I went thru the list of items identified in the Duplications Detection list. Hopefully, i got them all.

Hello A412, Regarding my article "Council for Higher Education in Newark", I am confused about two things: First I made numerous changes in the text since first posting the article but I still have the "close paraphrasing" heading over the article. Using the Duplications detector list, I've worked my way down the list to the point where the remaining items are mostly proper names, e,g, Rutgers-Newark, which obviously can't be removed. My question then is: How do I get the close paraphrasing critique re-evaluated, and if it is re-evaluated how will I know if it fails again? My second issue is that one reviewer cited my article as being redundant since such an article (mine) already exist, which only adds to my confusion.

If I was more experienced I would love to help in a process that led to a tighter process for evaluating candidate articles but I don't have the experience. Nonetheless, and speaking as a novice, I think such a tightening would go a long way in helping interested parties to get their feet wet in writing articles.

NJIT Highlanders, direct link to athletics dept

I don't know who you are but your objection to the link I implement is inconsistent with general practice. For example, exactly the same type of linkage is implemented at numerous college wiki entries. There may be some obscure rule that discourages such linkage but either it applies universally or it applies not at all! Try typing MIT or RPI into the search box and see what you get. Hi Wrrsimone, it would be better to discuss the use of that external link in the article talk page at Talk:New Jersey Institute of Technology so other editors can weigh in. Including that external link in the infobox does not seem consistent with WP:EL and how infoboxes are used. Also, other articles having those links in the infobox does not make it correct. Hi Wrrsimone, I've also noticed that more than once you removed the wikilink to NJIT Highlanders, and messed up the formatting of the reference. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with editing on Wikipedia. There are many help pages and help forums if you are in doubt. I would remind the person who placed all the external links in the NJIT article at the end of the sentences in which the items are located that, while this is generally good practice, IT IS NOT MANDATORY AND WHEN IT MAKES SENSE, EXTERNAL LINKS CAN APPEAR MID-SENTENCE. ACHA

FYI, the NJIT hockey team may be Division II in the ACHA, but the NJIT team and the ACHA have nothing to do with the NCAA, so to link it to NCAA Division II would be erroneous. You'd be better off using your sandbox

Hi. I don't want to sound discouraging, I really don't, but I've just seen your new 'article' on Sboxnjitawards at New Page Review. I realise it only went live a 15 minutes ago, and that you're still working on it. But, in future, please could I ask if you'd consider preparing articles either as a draft, or in your sandbox, right from the start? It's just nonsense as it stands, and another New Page Reviewer might well propose it for deletion at any moment. I'm hoping you're going to make some serious improvements to it in the next half hour or so, because, if not, I'm going to move it into draft for you to work on there. I'd like to ask you to consider that this is an encyclopaedia, and that all our mainspace articles do need to have a degree of quality and structure almost immediately. Any questions, just shout. Does CHEN still exist?

Hi, I see that you are the original creator of Council for Higher Education in Newark. Afaik this organization no longer exists so I changed the page so as to refer to it as in the past tense. I wonder whether the page is really merited at this point, to be honest, and would like your opinion on that. If any of this is incorrect or wrongheaded please let me know. Best wishes.
