editHello, I'm Doniago. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, X-Men (film), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 13:24, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
Unsourced trivia, undisclosed accounts
editPlease don't change sourced content or add unsourced trivia. What logo appears in a film is not encyclopedic information. You could add that to the trivia in the IMDb, or maybe to the Wikipedia article about 20th Century Fox, if there are sources to document it. Individual films, though, shouldn't discuss how the production companies are that made them – it's off-topic. When the production company is properly cited, it should be changed to say something that the source doesn't say. Also, many sources list companies that were involved in making a film. Usually, they'll label the production companies as such. In this edit, you cited a source that lists a production company. However you didn't add that company to the list of production companies; instead, you added a different company that wasn't labeled as a production company. This misrepresents what the source says. "Presents". for example, is often how the distributor is credited. Also, it's pretty obvious that User:X2022 is also your account (see this list of articles that both accounts have edited). You should read through WP:SOCK#NOTIFY and follow those instructions. Using multiple accounts to edit the same articles without identifying the accounts as belonging to the same person is a violation of policy. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:38, 1 July 2022 (UTC)
July 2022
editPlease do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Lucasfilm. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use your sandbox. Thank you. Trivialist (talk) 13:58, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Trivialist (talk) 00:47, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
August 2022
editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at X-Men (film), you may be blocked from editing. DonIago (talk) 14:03, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at List of IMAX films. Barry Wom (talk) 16:32, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
