Please sign your name to talk page comments, not others'
editGreetings! I see you tried to file a request at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection today. However, you signed another user's name rather than your own. I've removed your request entirely.
First, whenever you put a comment on a noticeboard or talk page, make sure you sign your name to the comment. You can do this automatically by adding four tildes ~~~~
to the end of your message.
Second, before you request page protection to Pantheon-Sorbonne University, you should really discuss the situation at Talk:Pantheon-Sorbonne University first and see if consensus can be reached through discussion there. —C.Fred (talk) 16:26, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Do not forge other users' signatures onto messages. There is no constructive reason for you to do that. —C.Fred (talk) 21:40, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

editHello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:44, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Pantheon-Sorbonne University. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a loss of editing privileges. Thank you. — JJMC89 (T·C) 12:00, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at Pantheon-Sorbonne University shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
You have now violated WP:3RR. Your account can be blocked at any time if you continue to edit this article whilst refusing to engage in the discussion on the article's talk page.--Midas02 (talk) 03:16, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
- Even though 3RR is a bright-line rule, it does not mean you can revert an article three times a day with impunity. You have been asked to discuss the changes at Talk:Pantheon-Sorbonne University; please do so, rather than just blindly changing the article text. You need to work with all the other editors of the article to reach a consensus version of the text. —C.Fred (talk) 21:29, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
editHello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you.--Midas02 (talk) 20:24, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- Xismrd, given that there's an edit warring noticeboard incident open on you, I strongly recommend you self-revert your most recent revert to Pantheon-Sorbonne University. You should then discuss the matter at Talk:Pantheon-Sorbonne University and not change the article again until/unless there is consensus for your changes. —C.Fred (talk) 00:43, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
