The admin who deleted it is Tonywalton; I just tagged it. If you want to ask a Chinese admin whether or not this page is suitable for Wikipedia, I know of one; Timotheus Canens. And I might suggest )

I'm not going to give a definitive answer, but I can say that we normally don't have national anthems of territories like this; there's no National anthem of Chechnya or National anthem of Abkhazia. However, the two people I said above will have a better idea; you will probably at least be able to add it to the article on Buryatia if it's real. Sorry, I think you misunderstood me; we don't have separate articles on those national anthems. They certainly exist, but the anthems for territories are generally incorporated into the articles on said territories. Do you understand what I'm saying now?
