This image strikes me as not preferable to Image:Higurashi no Naku Koro ni logo.PNG for a few reasons:

• It does not display the full logo.
• Your image appears to be one of the game covers. The solitary logo is consistent among anime, game and manga versions and thus better suited for a conglomerate article.
• It's shakier on fair use grounds, although probably still defensible. You still need to give it a license tag.

Please bring it up for discussion on Talk:Higurashi no Naku Koro ni if you still wish to change the infobox image to this. -Seventh Holy Scripture 18:36, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
