Wilmington

Yes, I am aware that Wilmington is not a city. However, the Template:Infobox City does EXACTLY the same thing as the old Infobox Town MA template (every field carries over perfectly). For this reason, it was decided to deprecate the old infobox and convert all cities and towns to use the standard city box (which I just did; I converted all 351 cities and towns to use it). In fact, the city infobox has specifically been modified to handle not just cities anymore, but also towns, hamlets, settlements, etc. Please do not revert my changes again, as the old template will be deleted soon. --CapitalR 07:54, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Senses_fail_1.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. January 2010

Regarding your edit to Royal Rumble (2010), it was reverted because the match listings for PPV's are the order that the matches are announced. Besides, the Royal Rumble match is NOT always the main event of the PPV. 5 of the PPV's have had the main event be a regular match (1988, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2006). As you may have already heard, the Wikipedia community lost an invaluable member of the community last month. Adrianne Wadewitz was a feminist scholar of 18th-Century British literature, and a prolific editor of the site. As part of a worldwide series of tributes, New England Wikimedians, in conjunction with local institutions of higher learning, have created three edit-a-thons that will be occurring in May and June. The events are as follows: May 21st at Northeastern University's Snell Library, in the Digital Scholarship Commons on the second floor May 22nd at Brown University's Rockefeller Library, in the Digital Scholarship Lab June 25th at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (exact location TBA), where we will also be hosting a "how to conduct an edit-a-thon" session beforehand We hope that you will be able to join us, whether you are an experienced editor or are using Wikipedia for the first time.
